"Awesome concept for a customer success manager"
Awesome concept for a customer success manager, we faced a problem where our virtual assistant had some downtime, and the csm handled it well. We ended up needing a new va, and the csm was super helpful in getting that sorted. Plus, the virtual assistants now have a solid framework for what’s required in cold calling.
